On our walk we came upon a tent city! We talked to some of the people and found that some of them were a group of religious people who came here together every summer for a couple of weeks. (Frank has a nephew who is a Hasidic Jew and his family goes to a "bungalow colony" every summer for a month or two. This seemed to be something like that...) There was another group who were refugees from the North.
